Austin, TX - Texas-born Jena Kidd has a voice as big as the Lone Star state and then some.

That rich, resonant voice has earned kudos from across the country and even around the world. 10 years of preparation has gone in to being the next ⥜overnight sensation all starting with a 1996 performance of the National Anthem at the Cotton Bowl. In 2003, a very busy year for her, Jena performed at the Best of Texas showcase in Beaumont Texas and the Most Outstanding showcase for Texas Drover Records.

In 2004 she was awarded Most Promising Traditional Vocalist of the TCMA showcase in Nashville Tennessee, also performing for TurnAround Inc. (a domestic violence organization in Baltimore Maryland) in front of a crowd of 300 distinguished guests. Her performance of Martina McBride⥙s Independence Day brought the house to it⥙s feet!

Jena has been on the top 100 European DJ charts, Most Played charts, and the Top Trax charts. She has just completed her debut CD Talk to me Baby in Nashville, produced by Lou Nelson of Texas Drover Records, look for it coming soon!
